Our Adults Program offers classes five days a week, catering to a range of skill levels from beginner to advanced, with a structure designed to provide an optimal learning environment for all participants.

Basic Jiu-Jitsu Program
  • Build a Strong Foundation: Learn basic positions and techniques (e.g., guard, sweeps, submissions).
  • Master Key Movements: Focus on shrimping, bridging, and technical stand-ups.
  • Develop Consistency & Discipline: Show up regularly, follow instructions, and stay disciplined.
  • Cultivate Confidence: Build self-assurance through practice and gradual improvement.
  • Promote Teamwork: Collaborate and communicate positively with training partners.

Goal: Strengthen core techniques, refine positioning, and develop a deeper understanding of strategy and communication in both solo drills and sparring. Focus on continuous improvement, reinforcing mental discipline, and effective communication within a team environment.

This program focuses on honing specific areas of weakness, applying advanced strategies, and reinforcing both mental discipline and effective communication under pressure.
